Drag and drop the file ParallelsDesktop-26.2.0-57329.dmg to the «Documents» folder.
If the file is not moved specifically to the «Documents» folder, errors may occur.
Use the commands in the terminal, copy the code completely together with the quotation marks:

cd "$HOME/Documents/"

sudo xattr -c -r "./ParallelsDesktop-26.2.0-57329-QiuChenly.dmg"

sudo codesign -fs - "./ParallelsDesktop-26.2.0-57329.dmg"

The commands will work provided the file is located in the “Documents” folder.

Open the ParallelsDesktop-26.2.0-57329.dmg disk image that has been moved to the «Documents» folder.
Run the Install installer.
Enter your Mac password (the one you use to log in).
Wait for the installation to complete.
Close Parallels Desktop.
Done! Enjoy using it!
